You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your prescription and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation before approving any order. We reserve the right to decline any prescription request where clinically appropriate. A prescription issued through our service is valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Your payment is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. A charge will only be taken once your order is submitted; however, prescriptions are subject to pharmacist approval before dispatch.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
